  • Customer negligence

    Sweetz by Sis is not responsible for the misspelling or incorrect details given by the customer. We will not fix anything that has already been confirmed. Please check all details listed on your invoice before submitting payments. We assume confirmation once we receive notice of payment.

  • Duplication of another artist’s work

    Please be advised as Sweetz by Sis DOES NOT replicate cake or treat designs that were created by another artist or our own. We will not replicate our own designs as they were created specifically for previous clients, and/or we may no longer provide those services. Inspiration photos are just that...INSPIRATION. We will not be held responsible if you are not satisfied with your design. Within reason, we would make any necessary adjustments to the cake/cupcakes/treats only if it’s within the scope of the design we agreed upon.

  • Picking up your order

    In the occasion you can not pick up your order, please shoot us an email or text. All our cakes/cupcakes/treats are made to order and are prepared from scratch with no added preservatives to ensure the best quality for our customers at the time pick up. If the customer fail to pick up at their scheduled pick up date and time, Sweetz by Sis will not be responsible for the aging of your prepare items (leaking chocolate covered strawberries, soggy macarons, dull and saggy florals, etc). If you would still like to collect your cake/cupcakes/treats feel free to do so on or within our next available pick up hours. After 48 hours, if we have not heard back from you, your order will be discard of and no refund will be given. If you decide you no longer want your order, no refund will be given.

  • Traveling with your custom order/ Cake Care

    Please place your cake/cupcakes/treat box on the passenger seat floor. No one should be holding your custom cake/cupcakes/treat box. It should NOT be in the trunk of your car or the seat of your vehicle. Please have your air conditioner on, and refrain from speeding, making sharp turns, and sudden stops. Once you get to your destination, REFRIGERATE. In the occasion you do not refrigerate or properly refrigerate your cake/cupcakes/treat box, Sweetz by Sis will not be held responsible. We will not fix or remake any items. Take out your items one hour before you’re ready to serve. Buttercream is best served at room temperature. ​

  • Are we going to be responsible for any damages sustained on your order after leaving our care?

    Sweetz by Sis is not responsible for any damages made your order once it leaves our care. ​

  • Use of images of ordered products

    Sweetz by Sis reserves the right to use all photos for advertising purposes.
